Statistics cookies (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect anonymized information about your behavior on the site, including which pages you visit and for how long.

• Data processor: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
• IP Anonymization: We have enabled IP anonymization, which means that Google shortens your IP address within the EU/EEA before it is stored.
• Transfer to third countries: Google may transfer data to the USA. This is done on the basis of the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Storage: Google Analytics cookies are stored for up to 2 years.

What data do we collect?

We only collect the personal data that you submit yourself via our forms, e.g., name, address, email address, and phone number in connection with a purchase.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Execution and administration of your purchase — legal basis: performance of a contract, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• Compliance with legal obligations, e.g., the Danish Bookkeeping Act — legal basis: legal obligation, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(c).

Sharing of data

Your data is only shared with relevant partners (e.g., shipping companies and payment providers) to the extent necessary to complete your purchase. We never sell your data to third parties.

Storage

If a purchase is not completed, your data is deleted no later than 1 year after collection or sooner upon request. For completed purchases, data is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act, after which it is deleted.
